This study highlights the significance of social capital in disaster recovery and resilience, particularly in remote rural areas. The research explores how different types of social capital (bonding, bridging, and linking) played a role after the 2015 earthquake in three Nepali communities with varying access to resources and support. The study draws on qualitative data from Participatory Videos, Focus Group Discussions, and Key Informant Interviews conducted in 2018.
