Mr. Ram Kumar Gurung prepared and presented about the Disaster Symbolic Social Security. He clarified the three interrelated goals for social protection; Resilience, Equity, and Opportunity. Furthermore, the presentation gives an insight on the challenges in the implementation of legal guidelines in the provincial level, the gaps observed while practicing and the ways to mitigate those challenges and move forward.
