Summary

This Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) is the outcome of an exhaustive participatory exercise led by the National Planning Commission (NPC) with generous assistance from national experts and institutions, neighboring countries, and development partners. The assessment and recovery planning process has paid particular attention to the issue of social inclusion of the most marginalized and vulnerable groups, including women, children, the aged, and persons with disabilities.
