This is the official position paper developed by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs in coordination with DPNet-Nepal and stakeholders and shared in AMCDRR 2016 at New Delhi India. The AMCDRR gives an opportunity to turn back and reflect upon what has been accomplished, where we are strong, and what needs to be improved further.
