This discussion paper looks at how Bangladesh, Kenya, and Nepal are implementing the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) considering the climate catastrophe. The money allotted for CRPD-related services may suffer because of rising climate change-related expenses as well as a lack of inclusion in budgetary plans.
