This document outlines the Global Methodology for Infrastructure Resilience Review, a collaborative effort between the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) and the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI). Its primary goal is to assist countries in evaluating the current state of infrastructure resilience, thereby enabling the identification of areas for improvement and subsequent action. The methodology consists of five sequential steps: Mapping institutional governance structures and identifying key stakeholders; Reviewing existing policies and regulations related to infrastructure resilience; Identifying vulnerabilities through stress testing analysis; Assessing current resilience based on principles for resilient infrastructure and Developing an implementation plan and producing a final report summarizing the findings and recommendations.
