This document "Resilient Development Oriented Local Government: Training Manual for Sustainable Reconstruction and Development, 2021 (उत्थानशील विकास उन्मुख स्थानीय सरकार: उत्थानशील पुननिर्माण र विकासका लागि प्रशिक्षण पुस्तिका, २०७७)" is a training manual published by the National Reconstruction Authority to enhance sustainable reconstruction and development. It covers both technical and non-technical aspects that help local governments build resilience to disasters and reconstruct effectively.
