Summary

This document is a Municipality Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of Bhimeshwor Municipality published in 2075. Using the authority given in Article 221 of the Constitution of Nepal, this Act has been made by the Second meeting of the municipal council of Bhimeshwor Municipality. Realizing a need to establish a law that facilitates coordinated and effective implementation of all disaster risk reduction and management activities to safeguard public, private, and individual resources, natural and cultural heritage, as well as physical structures from both natural and man-made disasters within the Bhimeshwor Municipality.
