Summary

The guidelines highlight the adverse impact of the COVID-19 virus on lives, businesses, tourism, and the economy. In line with the municipality's commitment to sustainable development, there are challenges in formulating forward-looking policies and addressing the integrated development of the city and urban master plans. It presents plans for the fiscal year 2077/78 encompassing various sectors, including  headings on COVID-19 and disaster management, educational development, public health, agriculture and livestock development, production and industry, infrastructure development and urban planning; women, tribes, children, disabled individuals and senior citizens; culture, industry and tourism partnerships; environmental conservation; renewable energy; waste management; information and communication technology, and governance and institutional development which were briefly elaborated in this report.
