This presentation on "Inclusive Leadership: Fostering GEDSI in DRRM" was prepared and shared by Ms. Indu Pant Ghimire, Advisor WHDRRP during the Second National Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (NCDRR) organized by MoHA in partnership with USAID Tayar Nepal and DPNet Nepal on 29-30 June 2023.This presentation sheds light on the context of vulnerability and good practices regarding GEDSI in DRRM, the inclusion of GEDSI in the DRRM policies, gaps and challenges in mainstreaming GEDSI in DRRM and the ways forward.
