Summary

This document is about the Bhaktapur Municipality Environment Protection and Pollution Control Act, 2077. Given the rise in urbanization and the richness of cultural, religious, and natural sites in the area, there is a need to address and minimize environmental pollution, which is the primary focus of this act. It articulates the rules and regulations to be followed to protect and preserve the natural environment at the local level.
