Summary

This document is a collection of Guidelines for the National Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (NPDRR) for the year 2077 B.S. The primary goals of these guidelines are to foster collaboration and partnerships among multiple stakeholders to promote participatory activities, raise awareness to cultivate a culture of safety, facilitate both governmental and non-governmental investments in disaster risk reduction and emergency humanitarian response, and effectively enable post-disaster reconstruction that is “Better than Before” through collaboration, cooperation, and capacity development.
