Disaster Preparedness Network (DPNet), National Disaster Risk Reduction Center (NDRC), and the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) jointly organized a sharing workshop to mark the IDDRR 2021 to share the cooperation and partnership that has successfully implemented the PEER program in Nepal on 27th October 2021. A total of 30 participants participated in this event both in person and virtually.

The National Level Workshop on Engagement of Civil Society Organization in DRRM was organized in Hotel View Bhirkuti, Godawari, Lalitpur on 20-21, Oct, 2021. The opening session of the program was chaired by DPNet Chair Mr. Surya Bahadur Thapa. The Program Coordinator of DPNet, Ms. Luna Khadka, introduced the agenda of the program.
Five days long National Level Training on Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) was organized by Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), Disaster Preparedness Network (DPNet); Asian Preparedness Partnership (APP); the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC); Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (the foundation); National Disaster Risk Reduction Centre Nepal (NDRC); and Association of International NGO’s (AIN) in Sauraha, Ratnanagar Municipality, from September 20-24 ,2021.

It was coordinated by Disaster Preparedness Network-Nepal (DPNet-Nepal)
The Orientation cum consultation workshop for the formation of Local DRR Platform was organized by DPNet-Nepal under USAID Tayar Nepal's Capacity Enhancement for DRR&M Project on 17 September 2021, in close coordination with the Field Officer of USAID TAYAR Nepal and DRR Focal Person of Rajapur Municipality, Bardiya.
