This presentation is a brief introduction to the National Greenhouse Gases Inventory for the Third National Communication to the UNFCCC. It exhibits the methods of GHG inventory as per the 2006 IPCC Guidelines which ensure transparency, completeness, consistency, comparability, and accuracy. The presentation provides a brief on the thematic areas, categories, sub-categories, and activities along with Nepal’s National Communication to the UNFCCC. It further shows a linkage with the revised curriculum and the data gaps and opportunities of the greenhouse inventory.
