Deforestation, overgrazing, and unplanned development exacerbate hazards. Drought, a growing problem, impacts crop cultivation year-round. Improved technology and socioeconomic changes enhance resilience, but increased temperatures affect mobility. Annual flash floods damage infrastructure and crops. Reduced hailstones contribute to drought.
