The Sphere Project is a program of the Steering Committee for Humanitarian Response (SCHR) and lnteraction with Voice, ICRC, and ICVA. This document is the product of international inter-agency collaboration. It includes the introductory part of The Humanitarian Charter along with the Minimum Standards in Water Supply and Sanitation, nutrition, food aid, shelter and site planning, and health services.
