To ensure proper healthcare services are available for people in danger due to disasters and accidents, and to transport them to well-equipped hospitals using air rescue, the Sudurpaschim Province Council of Ministers has established the "Air Rescue Procedure, 2076" in accordance with Section 3 of the Administrative Procedures (Regulating) Act, 2075. This procedure outlines measures for selecting an air rescue company, finalizing fees, making agreements with the company, and conducting monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
