Summary

This document outlines the Karnali Province Disaster Victim Housing Construction Assistance Procedure, 2019. It aims to provide support to families whose homes or properties have been destroyed by disasters in Karnali Province, by Section 3 of the Administrative Procedures (Regulation) Act, 2075. Effective immediately, this procedure is to be implemented by the provincial government or local authorities. The procedure involves the Disaster Management Wing of the Ministry and encompasses technical tasks such as drawing, design, and construction estimates. The disasters covered by this procedure include floods, landslides, and storms. Additionally, the procedure also has the provision to seek assistance from relevant individuals or organizations for construction work.
