The goal of this plan is to achieve the following objectives; identifying the roles and priorities of subject areas concerning disaster response, determining the key responsibilities and support agencies involved in disaster response, conducting accounting for disasters, risk mapping, data collection, and analysis of past disaster events develop a risk-informed plan that incorporates general preparedness, forecast-based preparedness, and emergency response activities for disasters; assess available resources and manpower for disaster response and potential disaster situations; evaluate, forecast, and manage vulnerability to address and mitigate potential risks.
