This is a guiding document for Municipality Emergency Operation Centre Operation Guideline, 2076 for Neelkantha Municipality. Neelkantha Municipality Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act, 2076 has approved and issued the Municipality Emergency Operation Centre Operational Methodology 2076 using the authority given by section 17 of Neelkantha Municipality Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act, 2075 as it is desirable to establish and operate Neelkantha Municipality Emergency Operation Centre to ensure immediate search and rescue of citizens during emergencies and situations of crisis.
