Summary

According to section 4 of the Act 2079 regulating the administrative procedure of Godavari municipality, the executive has issued this procedure. The goal is to develop risk-free infrastructure for sustainable agriculture and planned urban development, transforming the municipality into a metropolis within five years. The objective is to optimize land use in the present and future, ensuring responsible and safe human activities, balanced development for environmental protection, and adherence to environmental principles. It aims to improve livelihoods, empower the community, enhance rescue and relief capabilities, and facilitate the implementation and monitoring of proposed land use policies and strategies.
