Summary

This document on Emergency Operation Centre guidelines attempts to ensure immediate search and rescue operations during emergencies, protect public and private properties, preserve natural and cultural heritage, and minimize disaster risks in Godawari municipality, an emergency operation center is deemed necessary. The municipality approved and issued this procedure on November 21, 2077, utilizing the authority provided by Section "D" of the Godawari Municipality Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act, 2075, in accordance with Sub-section 2 (k) of Section 17 of the Mitigation and Management Act, 2074.
