This study examines the implementation of the National Disaster Response Framework (NDRF) post the 2015 Nepal/Gorkha earthquake. The NDRF covers inter-organizational coordination, including international partners. Social network analysis uncovers unaddressed collaboration gaps. The paper also briefly assesses humanitarian operations' performance and ground insights. Results show partial execution of NDRF mechanisms in the six months post-earthquake.
