Summary

This “Disaster Management and Social Security” presentation gives an insight regarding the risks with disasters and hazards like Earthquake, Flood and Landslides, Road Accidents, Climate Change and the rank of Nepal in Disaster prone countries (20^th position). It further illustrates the pictorial representation of the construction practices after the earthquake in 2015, casualties faced by people during hazards like flood and landslide, earthquake prone areas and the extent of damage in Nepal according to province and social security practices and preparedness for the situations of Havoc along with the types, objectives and guidelines of SRSP in Nepal.
