This discussion paper looks at how Bangladesh, Kenya, and Nepal are implementing the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) considering the climate catastrophe. The money allotted for CRPD-related services may suffer because of rising climate change-related expenses as well as a lack of inclusion in budgetary plans. The report also emphasized on the necessity for a government strategy to include people with disabilities in climate change responses and the systematic exclusion of these individuals from policies relating to climate action.
