It emphasized the importance of inclusion when taking anticipatory actions. Local government initiatives are essential to develop policies that support anticipatory measures and strengthen social protection systems against shocks. The insights gained from the simulation will be used to enhance the Forecast-based Action (FbA) mechanism in collaboration with stakeholders.
