The Monthly Dialouge on DRR policy and Practice was held in NRCS Head quarter Kalimati.

The theme of Managing the flood disaster was highlighted.

The program was chaired by DPNet Chair Dr. MB Paudel and the guest was NRCS Director Mr. Umesh Dhakal.

The speaker on the theme were Mr. Rudra Khadka from MOHA, Mr. Ram Luetel from UNOCHA and Mr. Pitamber Aryal on behalf of NRCS and DPNet.

The DRR stakeholders, DPNet members and stakeholders were present.

The program was supported by ActionAid Nepal and UNDP Nepal jointly and have been backed by the DRR Platform of MOHA, UN, AIN, NRCS and DIPECHO partners in Nepal.

It is anticipated the forum will bring the issues on DRR and Development and shall be a good knowledge platform on DRR in the days to come.
