Tender document can be purchased from DPNet secretariat during office hours in working days from 14th march 2007 against payment of Rs.1000.00 (Non refundable).All interested consulting firms/NGOs/ groups of experts are requested to submit their sealed tenders within 15 days from the first date of publication. The tenders will be opened on the next working day at 12 noon at DPNet secretariat.
